We wanted to capture the true essence of what it meant to be a woman working at the Schmdit Light Metal Group. To do so we decided to challenge ourselves and capture each and every one with a camera, working at their station, desk or equipment.
We then turned these photos into an exhibition on the People & Communication area, where everyone comes to visit once in a while.
The result is a no filter photograph exhibition that we believe honors the women working at the Group.
